Title: Scalloped Scallops

1ptScallops
1/2cButter
1cCracker crumbs
2tsWorcestershire sauce
1/2cSoft bread crumbs
2/3cCream or top milk
  Salt
  Pepper

Wash and pick over scallops. Melt buttter and add crumbs. Put layer of crumbs in buttered dish. Cover with scallops, add half the cream and season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Repeat; cover with buttered crumbs and bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) until crumbs are brown (about 25 minutes).
